4. Booking and Payment

4.2. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.
4.3. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, pricing agreed upon in a signed proposal will be honoured.
5. Delivery and Timelines
5.1. Project Milestones
We will deliver services according to the milestones outlined in the project proposal. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content or feedback) may result in an adjustment of timelines.
5.2. Revisions
Each service includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided. For prepaid services, refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the work completed.
6.2. Cancellation by Reformivity Business
We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. Use of Third-Party Tools and Licences
Some services may include third-party tools or licences (e.g., plugins, CRM software). You are responsible for any ongoing licensing fees for these tools unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Client Information
We take confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
